T-Mobile is billing me with unexplained bills and accusing me for breach of contract after I wrote to the company complaining about what I believe to be fraudulent monthly changes. I notified the company that I intended to file a formal complaint if my account was not reviewed and credited accordingly. I was also billed $490.00 for terminating my contract with the company. I have other bills still from T-mobile and have submitted the bills to the company for explanation, but the company responded that the bills were coming from another section of the company and I will have to pay. When I called following-up on the bills the company’s told me that they do not know what I was talking about and that I should pay all the bills before my file can be reviewed. I have all supporting documents and will fax for your review if need be. Do I have a suit against T-Mobile?
